From our expert

  • Beautifully situated high up on a hill amongst tea bushes, a bungalow hotel near Nuwara Eliya.
  • With only four bedrooms, this secluded gem offers exclusivity at its finest.
  • We love the Kandapola room, with views looking directly across the lawn and infinity pool.
  • Feast on locally sourced, gourmet dishes at the intimate Dining Room as well as daily curries.
  • Take a dip in the infinity pool and marvel at the sweeping surroundings right before your eyes.
  • Taste authentic Sri Lankan tea with a visit to the nearby Finlay’s Tea Factory.
  • We recommend twinning your Sri Lanka holiday with the Maldives, just over an hour’s flight away.

Best Time To Travel

Sri Lanka has a very diverse weather pattern due to two monsoons that strike different coastlines, however this does mean that there is always a good time to visit at any given point. December to March is the best time to visit the west and southern coasts, while April to September are better for the eastern coast, and the interior hill country is best visited between December and March.
