Discover the best of Bali and Lombok on this twelve-night luxury Indonesia itinerary. Beginning in Jimbaran Bay on Bali's southern coastline, you'll visit sites such as Uluwatu Temple before heading to the lush uplands of Ubud for a luxury jungle retreat. Finish on the neighbouring island of Lombok where you'll have the opportunity to visit the tranquil island of Gili Nanggu.

Day 1-2
Fly from UK to Bali

Upon arrival in Bali, you'll be met by your private driver and transferred to the first accommodation on your itinerary. 

Day 2-6
4 nights at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali

Nestled amongst tropical gardens in the area of Jimbaran, Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali is a luxury resort designed in a traditional Balinese style. The property is directly located on a beautiful beachfront, and features three restaurants and bars, a spa, and an outdoor pool.

Day 3-5
Jimbaran Bay & Uluwatu Temple

You'll visit the Balinese Hindu Uluwatu Temple during your stay, impressively perched atop a promontory overlooking the Indian Ocean. At sunset you'll enjoy a traditional Kecak Fire Dance, an energetic performance that derives from an ancient Balinese ritual, after which you'll finish your evening with a dinner at Jimbaran Bay. 

Day 6
Road transfer from Jimbaran Bay to Ubud

After breakfast, your driver will arrive to transfer you on to Ubud, a journey of approximately an hour and a half.

Day 6-10
4 nights at Alila Ubud

Nestled within the lush jungles of Bali high above the Ayung River, Alila Ubud is a luxury property boasting contemporary accommodation, a spectacular infinity pool overlooking the misty canopy, and a revitalising spa. 

Day 7-9
Ubud

Embark on a rice paddy walk, discovering the beautiful landscapes of Ubud whilst learning about the traditional way of life here. The rest of your time in Ubud is to spend as you please, whether you want to explore Ubud's vibrant markets, hike to some of the region's waterfalls, or unwind with a tailored yoga session. 

Day 10
Boat from Padangbai to Bangsai

Today, your driver will arrive to transfer you to Padangbai Jetty, from where you'll board a fast boat transfer to Bangsai, Lombok. Upon your arrival in Bangsai, you'll be escorted by private driver to the final accommodation of your itinerary. 

Day 10-14
4 nights at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok

Situated on Lombok's beautiful Medana Bay, The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok is a luxury beachfront property with four restaurants and bars, an open-air spa, and an expansive outdoor pool.

Day 11-13
Lombok

Discover Lombok's marine-rich coral reefs with snorkelling, where you'll have the opportunity to spot green sea turtles, seahorses, and an array of tropical fish; alternatively, admire the island landscape with kayaking. For those looking to explore beyond Lombok, you can opt to embark on a tour of Gili Nanggu, a small island characterised by crystal-clear water and white-sand beaches, or visit the underwater sculptures of Gili Meno, built to help encourage coral growth. 

Day 14-15
Fly from Lombok to UK

After breakfast, your driver will escort you to Lombok's airport, where you will board a short flight to Bali. From there, you will catch your connecting flight to begin your journey back to the UK.
