Flexibility Guarantee

We know the future is far from certain, so many of our packages now come with a Flexibility Guarantee, to give you complete peace of mind and full control when you book a holiday with us.

This means you can change the dates of your holiday for any reason up to 45 days before you travel. We will not charge any administration fees for moving your booking.

Africa, South America and Sandals Resorts holidays are excluded from Flexible Guarantee.

  • Applies to new bookings made since 23rd December 2021 and has ‘Flexible Guarantee’ included in the booking confirmation only.
  • Applicable for travel dates between 1st February 2022 and 10th December 2022 (or any other date as advised by agent). The offer is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Re-booking is allowable for the same accommodation, airline and duration. Please note, activities included will be subject to availability at the time of re-booking and not guaranteed.
  • Additional charges are likely to be incurred based on changes to your trip such as seasonality. Payment will be required before any changes are made.
  • Your original holiday payment plan is unchangeable, and balance remains payable as per our standard terms and conditions. Failure to pay the balance will mean that normal cancellation terms are applied.
  • All terms and conditions including the cancellation policy apply based on the original booking date. 
  • Although every effort is made to ensure any non-refundable fees are minimised, certain holidays or elements of the holiday may be excluded from the policy. We will advise you if this is the case and confirm the value of any non-refundable costs.
  • For travel less than 45 days before departure, normal terms and conditions apply. (Please ensure you leave enough time to request the change and for the team to contact suppliers for prices etc. Weekend requests will be handled on a Monday due to suppliers’ office hours).
  • Where suppliers such as airlines allow postponement and not cancellation, we will follow their policy and allow deferral with any applicable charges payable for the amended arrangements.
  • Special offer rates are not applicable for re-bookings.
  • We reserve the right to change excluded package holidays at any time.
  • All other conditions as per our standard booking terms and conditions.
