Luxtripper wins ‘Best Customer Relationship Management Platform’ at 2020 Travolution Awards
Luxtripper, the fast-growth luxury travel business, has been awarded ‘Best Customer Relationship Management Platform’ at the 2020 Travolution Awards, which recognise the most innovative and exciting work in digital travel.
Designed and built in-house, Luxtripper’s customer relationship management platform mirrors the customer journey from end to end, mapped by developers working across all departments to understand client needs at each stage. The easy-to-use technology seamlessly manages the customer experience, allowing Luxtripper’s teams to create bespoke, experience-rich itineraries in a fraction of the time and focus on building long-lasting client relationships.
Luxtripper was set up in 2015 by founder and CEO Nena Chaletzos, who wanted to combine innovative technology with the personal, customer-centric approach of a traditional travel agent.
Commenting on the result, Nena said: “This is such a fantastic result for the team, and we’re delighted to have been recognised for the hard work we’ve put into growing our platform over the last five years. We wanted to create technology that was going to enrich our customers’ experiences and bolster our relationships with them, not take away in favour of greater automation.
